To secure a booking, we request a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rental. The balance amount of the rental is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.

Please note that a good housekeeping deposit of £100 will be charged in addition to the rental, payable at the same time as the final balance. The good housekeeping deposit will be repaid within 10 days of the end of the stay, less the cost of any breakages or extra cleaning found to be necessary.
